Steve has over 20 years of business development and operations experience in service management and telecom. Before joining ServiceCentral in 2000, Steve was founder and president of SourceWireless.com, an Internet marketplace for the wireless industry offering online auctions and direct purchases from leading wireless equipment suppliers. Prior he was president of EPS Wireless, Inc., where he oversaw the growth of the company into one of the largest outsource repair logistics organization in the wireless industry. Steve has also been a division president with Arch Wireless, Inc. where he established the National Accounts Division, and president of The Beeper Company of America. Prior he held various management and information technology roles with BellSouth Mobility, Bell Atlantic Paging and Medaphis Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Information Technology and Accounting from Jacksonville State University.
Darrell Morales is an information systems and software professional with over 20 years of experience in software development and professional services. Darrell has held senior management and leadership roles in multinational and regional organizations, including S1 Technologies, New Resources Corporation, WebTone Technologies, Capgemini, and his own consulting company. At ServiceCentral he leads product development and product management, as well as being responsible for operations of the Atlanta headquarters. Darrell holds a BS degree in MIS from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Al is an information systems professional with over 25 years of experience delivering a broad range of technology solutions to a diverse global client base. Prior to joining ServiceCentral Al was the Chief Technology Officer for the Justice Services Division of G4S which provided electronic monitoring and case management solutions to a global customer base with clients in the UK, New Zealand, Austria and the US. Al also served as a Principal for a mid-tier firm providing technical services solutions and business process consulting where he was repsonsible for expanding markets and a tenfold growth in revenue. In his current role with ServiceCentral, Al is responsible for the data center architecture and technology platforms as well as provides implementation assistance to our global customers. Additionally, Al also holds a GSEC certification in information security.
Mark Riley brings to ServiceCentral over 16 years of sales experience within the telecom industry. Mark’s expertise within the carrier, manufacturing, and distribution sides of wireless services makes him strong asset to both our customers and our company. Since joining ServiceCentral in 2004, Mark has engaged multiple major accounts and continues to direct the sales of our solution with focus on the wireless, cable and consumer electronics industries . Prior to joining ServiceCentral Mark held executive sales management positions in multiple wireless companies including Cellular One (currently AT&T Mobility), Philips Consumer Communications, and Cellstar. Mark holds a B.S. Degree in Business from Utica College, Utica, NY.
Andy Monk has over 12 years experience in the high tech consulting and software industry with a focus in the delivery of CRM and service management software solutions. He is an expert in implementing and supporting software-based solutions for medium to Fortune 500 level clients including. Andy's past experience includes Project Manager and Technical/Business Systems Analyst positions with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, WebTone Technologies and Servidyne Systems LLC. Andy has served in the United States Air Force, has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida State University (Cum Laude), is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a member of both the Project Management Institute and Atlanta Software Process Improvement Network.
Jennifer Kapala has over 13 years of product management, project management and business consulting experience with the delivery of software solutions and the service management industry. She has managed numerous full cycle software development projects and has served as Project Manager for several high profile clients. Prior to ServiceCentral, Jennifer was vice president of operations at Relate Technologies, senior business consultant and project manager with WebTone Technologies (now Fidelity), and held multiple leadership and analyst positions within the Federal Reserve Bank system. Jennifer holds a B.S. from Penn State University, has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2004.
Stephen Bankston has over 20 years of Information Technology experience in both Implementations and Operations of large scale application in a Data Center Environment. He is highly skilled in all areas of management including developing organizations, identifying and addressing potential risk areas, creating technically sound approaches and creating/working within budget constraints of the given corporate environment. At ServiceCentral Stephen manages all technical support, data center operations, hardware and systems, and provides client consulting services for best practice and process initiatives. Prior to Service Central Stephen spent four years managing Data Center Operations for S1 Corporation and 10 years at Delta Air Lines in software development and Computer operations.
