InventoryManager™

InventoryManager enables service organizations to track and manage the flow of parts and equipment inventory in after sales service, return and repair operations, from initial order and receive to transfers and adjustments.  InventoryManager is designed for use by any operation that is looking to manage parts, loaners, exchanges, and/or on-hand product including authorized service centers, an internal/store repair shops, and 3rd party repair depots.

InventoryManager seamlessly integrates with RepairCenter and ServiceCounter to automatically adjust stock levels based on the consumption of parts, loaners and exchanges used within the workflow processes.  InventoryManager functionality enables organizations and business units to operate as independent cost centers, avoiding potentially costly integrations to Inventory systems.  Alternatively, InventoryManager integration may include client ERP, Financial and WMS systems.
