WarrantyManager™
WarrantyManager enables repair organizations to automate the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty claims process. Using service and repair data captured in ServiceCentral's RepairCenter, WarrantyManager automatically validates, generates and submits warranty claims in compliance with OEM file specifications. WarrantyManager is typically used by authorized service centers and repair organizations that perform any in-warranty return, repair, or service work and are approved for OEM claims reimbursement.
ServiceCentral has custom warranty packages available for many common manufacturers and can quickly create packages for other manufacturers. Administrators can also develop custom warranty extractions based on a set of basic parameters. WarrantyManager must be implemented in conjunction with ServiceCentral's RepairCenter; the source of the service and repair data in which the files are generated.
