Watch a video about the 1.5.5 release
RepairQ 1.5.5 release is now live! Here are some of the highlights:
- Inventory Adjustment System – With this new addition you can easily update inventory quantities for a catalog item and make bulk price updates. In other words, you can manage inventory at the catalog item level now. You will no longer need to drill down to the individual item list to make bulk updates to move inventory to different statuses or price points.
- Ticket item note added – this field will allow you to describe generic ticket items, (e.g. “Special Order Part”), save reference numbers (e.g. a Groupon code), and so on. The “ticket item note” field will follow the ticket item around the system to reports, ticket views, etc. We do not currently print the ticket item notes on customer facing information (e.g. receipts, invoices), but we may add the option in a future release.
- Purchase Orders will now list any backordered items fulfilled along with links to the corresponding tickets on the Purchase Order view screen
- Added an “on hand” column to the inventory list that will display a count of all other items that are in your possession (excluding instock items). In addition, the “instock” and “on hand” counts displayed will not change if different statuses are filtered on the inventory index.
- Fixed a few minor issues related to average cost recalculations
- Fixed a few sales tax related issues
- Fixed a number of filters in reports section
- Added additional data & formatting to a number of reports
Other minor updates and fixes. For more info, see notes below:
