ServiceCentral Implements Return & Repair Suite™ at nTelos

ServiceCentral enables nTelos with efficient handset repair and service. 

January 1, 2007 — ServiceCentral Technologies announced the successful deployment of its ServiceCentral Return & Repair Suite™ at the nTelos centralized repair center in Waynesboro, Virginia. This solution is provided to nTelos as a hosted solution from ServiceCentral’s Atlanta based data center. The primary software components used by nTelos are ServiceCentral RepairCenter™ and WarrantyManager™ which automate the tracking of all repair actions and manufacturer warranty claims. These solutions provide key performance metrics and repair statistics, giving nTelos real-time visibility into their repair & service activities.
